Lean Project: Boosting Production Efficiency
On August 8, 2024, at 8:08 AM, Upack kicked off its Lean Project with a lively launch event. This marks the start of a new chapter for us, as we dive into more detailed management and efficient operations.
We’re kicking things off in our main production area, focusing on improving internal management, streamlining production processes, cutting waste, and boosting efficiency. Our goal is to improve efficiency from sourcing materials to delivering the final product to our customers.
The Lean Project is moving along smoothly, and everyone is putting in a lot of effort. We’re already seeing some great early results.
Thanks to the strong support from our factory staff, the production floor has been completely transformed, with notable improvements in both management and the work environment.

Successful Topping-Off Ceremony
Good news share with you! On July 30th, we successfully completed the topping-off ceremony for our new manufacturing park, covering 80,000 square meters and featuring over 150 automated production lines.
We’re expecting the facility to be fully operational by the end of April next year, with an annual production capacity of 2.5 billion units.This is a major milestone that marks the next phase of our strategic expansion.
On the same day, we had productive discussions with several clients and suppliers,who expressed strong confidence in our future growth.
With the construction of this new industrial park, we’re expanding our production capacity, and our modern manufacturing facilities will significantly boost our efficiency.
